All Sales Are Final

At Tipsy Play, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant

  • Deciding you no longer want the product

  • Finding the product at a lower price elsewhere

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not accept refunds or returns due to a change of mind. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, images, sizing information, and details before placing an order with Tipsy Play.

Non-Returnable Items

All items sold by Tipsy Play are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns under any circumstances unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request assistance, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video evidence of the issue

  • A detailed explanation of the problem

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered. If approved at our sole discretion, a replacement may be offered. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues & Responsibility

Tipsy Play is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Tipsy Play first is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback by providing proof of delivery, order confirmation, and evidence that this policy was agreed to at checkout.
