Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier performance, customs, or unforeseen delays

Shipping Delays

Tipsy Play is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High demand or peak seasons

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Tipsy Play is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders sent to an incorrect address are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tipsy Play is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping times may vary and can take longer than the estimated 7–14 business days due to customs processing. Tipsy Play is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.
